Sprogs’s mission is to deliver fresh, interesting and healthy food on-the-go to adults and children alike. When we engaged with the Sprogs CEO and founder, Ching-Yee Hu, she was looking for alternative business models to help scale her business. Our team developed and delivered several innovative business models that took time and company size into account. Not only did Sprogs incorporate one of our business models into the business, but our suggested distribution strategies have also helped the company grow in the competitive fresh food market.
