MBA in Design Strategy (DMBA) program's goal is to improve the current students’ experience, to increase public awareness and visibility of the program, and to ramp up the student numbers by introducing two new MBA programs in 2014. Our team was asked to identify the most sought-after experiences of prospective MBA students, to provide strategies to improve the DMBA experience, and to provide insights regarding the possibility of opening an MBA in Design of Public Policy and an MBA in Strategic Foresight.
After conducting over 30 in-depth interviews, various ethnographic research studies, and street intercept interviews, our team was able to provide meaningful market insights and a marketing plan to shape the DMBA's strategy moving forward.
